Ben Power's translation of the Euripides classic Greek play Medea was imagined in a southern-gothic world, with the decaying ruins of once great manor framing Medea's descent into madness. This production challenged the traditional idea of Greek tragedies not showing death on stage; the tragedy of Medea's decision being on full, bloody display for the audience.
