About Katie

Katie is a freelance Stage Manager in the Chicago-Land area. She recently graduated from Illinois State University in May of 2025 with a Bachelor's in Science, with a major in Production, Design, and Technology.

She has worked on a number of productions, with varying ages, levels, and positions. She believes in being as well-rounded as possible as a Stage Manager; she finds it easiest to communicate with team members when she also has an understanding of their fields.

 

Much of her current professional experience is in education and working with young actors, whom she loves to help foster their love for the theatre. She also loves working in fast-paced environments with her peers and other experienced team members and cast.

Her current favorite musical is Come From Away.
